Hungry Jack's website & app
The Hungry Jack’s project was large scale digital transformation built on the foundation of a feature-rich mobile app & web engagement platform.
We pushed the traditional brand boundaries with large visual cues, micro-interactions and video content. We delivered the design of a fully responsive website allowing for an optimal user-experience across different devices and resolutions and produced detailed design documentation and UI specs for efficient design handover to ensure optimal implementation based on technical constraints.
Understanding the problem
The overarching goal was to help develop a user-centric digital ecosystem for Hungry Jack’s that would increase average order value, drive loyalty and leverage deep-personalisation and geo-targeting.

An epic digital transformation project was executed across the entire business, impacting every customer touchpoint including online ordering, personalisation, gamification, loyalty and CRM. From intuitive user on-boarding and gesture-based navigation to geo-location search for ordering and distance limited pre-ordering, the app and website have been built with the customer experience first and foremost. Winner of ‘Best Digital design or Craft’ award for Hungry Jack’s Official Mobile App at the AC&E awards.

To encourage loyalty and keep customers returning to the app and stores, seamless UX, engaging design, and functional features that delivered the user tangible benefits were paramount – this was achieved in the form of easy ordering, fast payments, simple voucher redemption and engaging gamification.
